About us
We want businesses to keep working the way they do today, but digitised and optimised, thanks to software built and tailored for each one.
Who is behind it
Behind reserves.cat is Oriol Amaro Porcel, a Mathematical Engineering in Data Analysis student with a passion for programming and music. The project grew out of the conviction that artificial intelligence, which often scares people, can improve working conditions for owners and staff when it is used well.
Why we exist
- To bring artificial intelligence and automation to businesses that would never have imagined it could be this useful to them.
- Because of the lack of software and new technology in Catalan: we wanted the customers of a restaurant, a hair salon or a practice to be able to book in their own language.
- Out of a passion for programming that, without looking for it, became a real tool for real businesses.
How we do it
We listen to how you work and build the software to fit: the agent, the channels and the floor screen are set up around your business, not the other way round. First we talk. We prepare a tailored plan and price for you, free of charge: we can run tests, talk, whatever it takes. No lock-in. Data is stored on European servers, we comply with the GDPR and there is no lock-in.
Our values
Work as you always have
We do not make you change the way you work: we digitise and optimise it so it gives you time and customers.
Tailor-made
No templates. Every business gets its own agent, channels and plan, designed and set up with you.
In Catalan, made in Catalonia
Technology that speaks your customers’ language, plus Spanish, English and many more.
